Why didn’t I do it sooner!!
I can honestly say it’s been a life changing experience. I have lost 6 1/2 stones and for someone 5 ft 1 the change is very noticeable. My health is so much better but my outlook is so positive now too. My son is getting married next year and my old weight would have definitely been something that would have spoilt the run up and the actual wedding as I would have been so worried about my appearance now I am just wondering what lovely outfit I can wear, finding a size to fit me will not be a problem!
