Looking for a clinically supported weight loss treatment? Mounjaro® and Wegovy® are once-weekly injectable treatments that can help reduce appetite and support weight management.
But with Streamline, your treatment is about more than the medication. You’ll have expert clinical care, a dedicated Patient Adviser and ongoing support throughout your journey.

Tirzepatide
A once-weekly treatment that works on two hormone pathways, GIP and GLP-1, to help regulate appetite, food intake and blood sugar.

Semaglutide
A once-weekly treatment that works on the GLP-1 hormone pathway to help regulate appetite, reduce food intake and support weight loss.

When you eat, your body naturally releases hormones that help regulate appetite, fullness and blood sugar.
Wegovy® works by mimicking GLP-1, while Mounjaro® works on both GIP and GLP-1 receptors.
These hormones can help reduce appetite, increase feelings of fullness and slow the movement of food through your digestive system, making it easier to eat less as part of a reduced-calorie diet.

About Mounjaro®
Mounjaro® contains tirzepatide, a medicine that works on both GIP and GLP-1 receptors to support weight management.
Mounjaro® works on two hormone pathways involved in appetite, fullness and blood sugar regulation.
By activating both GIP and GLP-1 receptors, it can help reduce appetite and food intake and increase feelings of fullness.
Mounjaro® is taken once a week using a pre-filled injection pen.
It can be taken at any time of day, with or without food. Your clinician will advise you on the appropriate starting dose and how your treatment may be increased over time.
Mounjaro is generally suitable for adults with a BMI of 30 or above, or a BMI of 27 or above with a weight-related health condition, such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, PCOS or obstructive sleep apnoea.
You must also be 18 or over and have a UK delivery address.
Mounjaro isn’t suitable for everyone. You may not be eligible if you:
A clinician will review your full health history as part of your assessment to determine whether Wegovy is suitable for you.
In clinical studies, people taking Mounjaro lost an average of 20.9% of their body weight, with greater weight loss seen at higher doses.
Results vary from person to person, and the amount of weight you lose will depend on a range of factors, including your starting weight, treatment dose and how your body responds to treatment.

About the Wegovy Injection®
Wegovy® contains semaglutide, a GLP-1 receptor agonist used alongside a reduced-calorie diet and increased physical activity to support weight management.

Wegovy® is administered once a week using a pre-filled injection pen.
You can take your weekly dose at any time of day, with or without food. Your clinician will explain how to use your pen and how to increase your dose safely over time.
Wegovy is generally suitable for adults with a BMI of 30 or above, or a BMI of 27 or above with a weight-related health condition, such as type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, PCOS or obstructive sleep apnoea.

Most weight loss providers focus on access to medication.
At Streamline, we understand that successful treatment takes more than simply prescribing medication and sending you on your way.
Have a question or need some guidance? We’re only a phone call away. Speak to a real member of our team when you need support.
Our experienced clinical team is here to guide you through your treatment and help you understand your options.
Your weight, health, goals and circumstances are unique. Your approach to treatment should be too.
We don’t disappear once your treatment starts. We’re here to support you as your journey progresses.
From the treatment you choose to the support you receive along the way, our approach is built around expert clinical care and you as an individual.
Weight loss medications work by helping to regulate appetite and increase feelings of fullness, making it easier to eat less and manage your weight. Different treatments work in slightly different ways, and your clinician will explain how your chosen treatment works during your consultation.
We offer a range of clinically approved weight loss treatments, including weekly injections and daily oral tablets. The options available to you will depend on your individual circumstances and clinical suitability.
There isn’t one treatment that’s right for everyone. Your clinician will review your health, medical history and treatment goals during your consultation and talk you through the option you have chosen or whether an alternative may be more suitable for you.
We believe weight loss treatment should be about more than simply ordering medication.
After completing your online assessment, you’ll have a video consultation with a clinician. While this is an important part of making sure treatment is clinically suitable for you, we don’t want you to see it as simply another step in the approval process.
We see it as a chance to have a proper conversation, get to know you and understand your health, your experiences and what you want to achieve from your weight loss journey. It also gives you the opportunity to ask questions, talk through your treatment options and build a relationship with the clinician supporting you.
We want to make sure you feel informed, supported and confident in your treatment, so you can get the most out of your weight loss journey with Streamline.
Once you’ve been clinically approved for treatment, your Patient Adviser will arrange a delivery day that works for you, so you can be home to receive your medication. We’ll keep you informed throughout the process.
Most of our weight loss treatments are started at a lower dose and gradually increased over time. This allows your body to adjust to the medication and helps your clinician monitor how you’re responding to treatment.
But we don’t increase your dose simply because it’s the next step in the schedule. If the dose you’re taking is working well for you, there’s no need to increase it. Your clinician will review how you’re responding to treatment and advise you on whether and when a dose increase is appropriate.
Like all medicines, weight loss treatments can cause side effects. Common side effects can include nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea, constipation and other digestive symptoms, particularly when starting treatment or increasing the dose.
Your clinician will explain the potential side effects of your treatment and what to do if you experience them. You can also contact your Patient Adviser for support throughout your treatment.
Results vary from person to person. The amount of weight you lose can depend on factors including your starting weight, treatment, dose, diet, activity levels and how your body responds to medication.
Clinical trial results can give an indication of what is possible, but they aren’t a guarantee of individual results. It’s also important not to choose a treatment based solely on the highest percentage of weight loss seen in clinical trials. Different treatments work differently for different people, and what matters is finding a treatment that is clinically suitable for you and works well for your individual circumstances.
Weight loss medication is designed to work alongside healthy eating and regular physical activity. As your appetite changes, your nutritional needs can change too, which is why we provide support and guidance alongside your treatment.
Your dietitian can help you make practical changes that support your health and your weight loss journey.
In some circumstances, it may be possible to switch from one treatment to another. Whether this is appropriate depends on your current medication, medical history, treatment response and individual circumstances.
Speak to your clinician before making any changes to your treatment.
Start by completing our online assessment, which usually takes around 5 minutes.
If you already know which treatment you’d like to proceed with, you can select and purchase it after completing your assessment. If you’re unsure which treatment is right for you, that’s absolutely fine too — our Patient Adviser team will be in touch to chat through your options.
Either way, you’ll have a video consultation with a clinician who will go through the information you’ve provided, check whether your chosen treatment is clinically suitable for you and give you the opportunity to ask any questions you have about your treatment.
If you’re clinically approved, your Patient Adviser will then arrange a delivery day that works for you, so you can be home to receive your medication.
And the support doesn’t stop when your medication arrives. You’ll have ongoing support from your Patient Adviser, specialist dietitian support and guidance throughout your weight loss journey.
Clinical results
Clinical trials have shown that weight-loss medicines can lead to significant weight loss when combined with lifestyle support. Results vary depending on the medication, dose and length of treatment.
These figures are taken from separate clinical trials and should not be considered a direct comparison between treatments. Individual results can vary.
