Pharmaceuticals and other items

Streamline is owned and operated by Streamline Clinics Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales (registered number 109089560) and whose registered offices are at Unit 1.2, Lauriston Park, Evesham, Worcestershire, WR11 8SN.  Streamline is registered with Care Quality Commission for the treatment of diseases, disorders or injury (CQC registration number 1-737603701). Both Streamline and Delivery My Meds (pharmacy) are part of the Biocura Healthcare Group. 

By engaging with us and our services you are confirming that you understand and agree to the terms of sale as set out below. Streamline reserve the right to alter these terms of sales at any time. Updated versions of these terms of sale will be uploaded to our website and will take effect from the point of each engagement. If you are unsure with any part of these terms of sale, you should not continue to use our services and should contact us immediately.  

Pharmacy Partner

Streamline works in partnership with Deliver My Meds Limited (trading as Deliver My Meds and Roxy+Rex) a company incorporated in England and Wales (registration number 07870002) and whose registered offices are at Right Hand Grafton House, Bulls Head Yard, Alcester, Warwickshire, B49 5BX. Deliver my meds is a distance selling and online pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC registration number 1126386).  

Registration and Data Protection

Medical Services

To access our services, you will need to be aged 18 or over and must be a resident in the United Kingdom. Before we can offer any services, you must complete a medical questionnaire, have a telephone conversation with a patient advisor and a video consultation with a medical professionalIf we decide based on our clinical assessment you are suitable candidate for treatment, we will issue a prescription to our pharmacy partner, who will dispense and supply the relevant mediation or items to youWe are under no obligation to issue a prescription and will only offer our services that are clinically appropriate  

Fees and Payment

The pricing of medication and other items on our website are subject to change from time to time and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Delivery charges are not included within the cost of our services and will be charged to you separatelyYou will need to make full payment before any order can be accepted and processedStreamline will accept payment via bank transfer (preferred) or by credit or debit card transactions.    

Delivery Service

Delivery timescales and charges will vary depending on the availability of stock and delivery locationWe are unable to deliver orders outside the United Kingdom and we reservice the right to deliver items separatelyWe do offer a next day delivery service, and it is important you make the necessary arrangements to accept any scheduled deliveryThe courier will try to deliver two times before they return your order to usIf the courier is unable to deliver your order, you will not receive a refund as we cannot re-supply these items. We strongly advise against asking the courier to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour.  Streamline, nor our pharmacy partner and courier cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside of our control.   

Refunds and Cancellations

We can only accept cancellations up to the point of dispenseFor safety reasons, once medication or other items have been dispensed, we are unable to offer a refund in full or in part. If you have a subscription plan or a multi-item offer and wish to cancel any future orders that hasn’t been dispense to you, we will only refund the difference once we have applied our standard pricing on any items that you have already received. We do reserve the right to cancel your order with a full refund if we have insufficient stock. If your medication or other items are damaged, faulty or incorrect, you must inform us immediatelyWe will investigate your concerns and organise a replacement of your order as soon as possibleWe cannot offer a refund if the courier is unable to deliver your order with two attemptsIf your order includes prescribed medication this shouldn’t be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, and we cannot offer any refund in these circumstances.   

Collections and Returns

We are unable to offer a collection and return services for any used or unwanted orders. Medication and other items including sharps bin that you don’t need are your responsibility and should be disposed properlySome ‘high street’ pharmacies and GP practices will accept unwanted medication and sharps bins for safe destructionYou can also contact your local authority on how to dispose of unwanted medical items within your local area.   

Disposing of Unwanted, Unused or Expired Medications

It is important to dispose of unwanted, unused or expired medications safely and responsibly. This includes tablets, liquids, weight loss injectable pens, and associated items such as needles and sharps bins. Before ordering online with us, we encourage you to check the recommended disposal options available in your local area.

Many high-street pharmacies will accept returned medicines, including sharps bins, for safe disposal. Please contact your local pharmacy to confirm whether this service is available, as a small charge may apply.

Alternatively, your GP surgery or local authority can provide guidance on how to dispose of medical items safely. Some local authorities also offer dedicated webpages or local “drop-off” centres for medication and sharps disposal, and again, a small fee may apply.

Weight Loss Pens and Sharps Bins

We can provide sharps bins with appropriate orders; a small fee may apply. Sharps bins are usually delivered alongside your medication and allow you to dispose of used pens and needles safely, helping to prevent injuries.  Alternatively, sharps bins can be purchased online via major retailers such as Amazon.  When using a sharps bin, take care when disposing of used needles. Do not overfill the bin, and always ensure the lid is securely sealed before taking it to an appropriate local disposal centre.

Novo Nordisk, the manufacturer of Wegovy®, also offers a free PenCycle service. This service provides return postal packaging for used injection pens only. Needles must still be disposed of safely using a sharps bin.

Please Do Not

  • Dispose of medications or sharps bins in your general household waste or recycling.
    These items are considered hazardous and must be disposed of safely in line with local guidelines.

Streamline and our third partners connected to us, hereby expressly exclude any liability for any loss or damage of any kind, whether direct, indirect or consequential to these terms of sale to the extent permitted by law.  If we fail to comply with these terms of sale, we will only be liable for the purchase price of the services, medication and other items provided to youWe are also not responsible for events outside our control. 

Governing law

These terms of sale are subject to the laws of England and Wales and each of us hereby submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
