By engaging with us and our services you are confirming that you understand and agree to the terms of sale as set out below. Streamline reserve the right to alter these terms of sales at any time. Updated versions of these terms of sale will be uploaded to our website and will take effect from the point of each engagement. If you are unsure with any part of these terms of sale, you should not continue to use our services and should contact us immediately.

Deliver my meds is a distance selling and online pharmacy registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC registration number 1126386).
To access our services, we will create an electronic patient record, which will include key information about your personal details, medical history and other health information. You acknowledge and accept we will share this information with our pharmacy partner and other third parties to fulfil any medical services we may offer to you. To access our services, you will need to be aged 18 or over and must be a resident in the United Kingdom. Before we can offer any services, you must complete a medical questionnaire, have a telephone conversation with a patient advisor and a video consultation with a medical professional. If we decide based on our clinical assessment you are suitable candidate for treatment, we will issue a prescription to our pharmacy partner, who will dispense and supply the relevant mediation or items to you. We are under no obligation to issue a prescription and will only offer our services that are clinically appropriate.
The pricing of medication and other items on our website are subject to change from time to time and are inclusive of VAT (where applicable). Delivery charges are not included within the cost of our services and will be charged to you separately. You will need to make full payment before any order can be accepted and processed. Streamline will accept payment via bank transfer (preferred) or by credit or debit card transactions.
Delivery timescales and charges will vary depending on the availability of stock and delivery location. We are unable to deliver orders outside the United Kingdom and we reservice the right to deliver items separately. We do offer a next day delivery service, and it is important you make the necessary arrangements to accept any scheduled delivery. The courier will try to deliver two times before they return your order to us. If the courier is unable to deliver your order, you will not receive a refund as we cannot re-supply these items. We strongly advise against asking the courier to leave your order in a safe place or with a neighbour. Streamline, nor our pharmacy partner and courier cannot be held responsible for circumstances outside of our control.
We can only accept cancellations up to the point of dispense. For safety reasons, once medication or other items have been dispensed, we unable to offer a refund in full or in part. We do reserve the right to cancel your order with a full refund if we have insufficient stock. If your medication or other items are damaged, faulty or incorrect, you must inform us immediately. We will investigate your concerns and organise a replacement of your order as soon as possible. We cannot offer a refund if the courier is unable to deliver your order with two attempts. If your order includes prescribed medication this shouldn’t be left in a safe place or with a neighbour, and we cannot offer any refund in these circumstances.
We are unable to offer a collection and return services for any used or unwanted orders. Medication and other items including sharps bin that you don’t need are your responsibility and should be disposed properly. Some ‘high street’ pharmacies and GP practices will accept unwanted medication and sharps bins for safe destruction. You can also contact your local authority on how to dispose of unwanted medical items within local area.

Streamline and our third partners connected to us, hereby expressly exclude any liability for any loss or damage of any kind, whether direct, indirect or consequential to these terms of sale to the extent permitted by law. If we fail to comply with these terms of sale, we will only be liable for the purchase price of the services, medication and other items provided to you. We are also not responsible for events outside our control.
These terms of sale are subject to the laws of England and Wales and each of us hereby submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English and Welsh courts.
