Ingredients
- A pinch of ground cinnamon
- 1 dsp linseeds
- 1 dsp rolled porridge oats
- 100ml cows milk or soya milk
- 1 tbsp 0% fat high protein yoghurt (e.g. Greek, Arla, Skyr, kerned)
- 15g mixed berries
- 1 tsp nut butter e.g. almond/peanut/cashew (stage 2) or mixed nuts (stage 3)
Method
- The night before, mix the oats, linseeds, cinnamon and milk and refrigerate
- The next day, loosen with a little more water, if needed
- Top with yoghurt, berries, nut butter, or nuts and if needed, a sprinkling of granulated sweetener
