Are mornings jam-packed already? Make your life easier with this simple meal prep recipe. Perfect for those in stage 2 or 3 of the post-operative diet.

Serves 1.



  • A pinch of ground cinnamon
  • 1 dsp linseeds
  • 1 dsp rolled porridge oats
  • 100ml cows milk or soya milk
  • 1 tbsp 0% fat high protein yoghurt (e.g. Greek, Arla, Skyr, kerned)
  • 15g mixed berries
  • 1 tsp nut butter e.g. almond/peanut/cashew (stage 2) or mixed nuts (stage 3)



  1. The night before, mix the oats, linseeds, cinnamon and milk and refrigerate
  2. The next day, loosen with a little more water, if needed
  3. Top with yoghurt, berries, nut butter, or nuts and if needed, a sprinkling of granulated sweetener
