Ingredients
- 1 thin slice of wholemeal or granary toast from a small loaf (400g), or a wholemeal toasted sandwich thin
- 1 egg
- Optional: 1 tbsp wilted spinach
- Optional: 1/4 of an avocado
Method
- Break the egg into a non-stick frying pan with just a teaspoon of water and cover with a lid and cook for 3 minutes
- Put bread of choice in the toaster
- Optional: slice the avocado and place on toast, or add the wilted spinach
- Place the poached egg on top and enjoy.
