Sophie has been a UK registered Dietitian since graduating from Coventry University with a upper second class honours degree in 2015.

She has vast experience working in the NHS as a specialist dietitian in areas which include gastroenterology, oncology and radiotherapy conducting both inpatient and outpatient ward work and group education sessions. In more recent years, Sophie has been working in the private sector and specialised in bariatric surgery (gastric band, gastric balloon, sleeve gastrectomy and gastric bypass) in 2019. She further developed in the field of bariatrics in 2020 and trained to perform in gastric band adjustments.

Sophie joined Streamline in 2023 as a specialist bariatric dietitian and conducts virtual clinics. Her current role allows her to help patients achieve their individual goals, whilst being able to support those with irritable bowel syndrome and coeliac disease, utilising her knowledge base.  

She is passionate about supporting patients, adopting a non-judgemental approach, to achieve their weight loss and personal goals to live a healthier and happier life.
