Leni studied Nursing in London and obtained a BSc Hons in Adult Nursing from Middlesex University. She qualified as a nurse in 2014 and began her nursing career at the NHS Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, working in the planned care division.

In 2017, she transitioned to the private healthcare sector, supporting Streamline’s team of surgeons to care for patients undergoing bariatric surgery.

Before starting Streamline, Leni served as the pre-operative assessment clinical lead at Clementine Churchill, where her primary responsibility involved optimising patients for surgery and ensuring a seamless and safe journey to the operating room.

Prior to assuming that role, she worked as a ward sister, providing postoperative care to weight loss patients and those undergoing various surgical procedures.
