Full member of the British Psychological Society division of Clinical Psychology and HCPC registered. PhD in Clinical Psychology from the University of Minho, Braga, Portugal.

 

Fifteen years of clinical practice working with a variety of mental health problems such as major depression, anxiety, traumatic grief and eating disorders. Main therapeutic approaches: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy and Constructivist Therapy.

 

Currently also working as a Specialist Clinical Psychologist at Guy’s & St Thomas’ Hospital – Centre for Obesity, delivering specialised psychological support pre and post bariatric surgery.
