- 100ml cow’s or soya milk
- 5g ground almonds
- Pinch of cinnamon to taste
- 1 tsp skimmed milk powder (optional to increase protein by 1g)

- Cook oats in milk
- Add ground almonds and skimmed milk powder
- Puree if using for stage 1
