Ingredients

  • 10g oats or Ready Brek
  • 100ml cow’s or soya milk
  • 5g ground almonds
  • Pinch of cinnamon to taste
  • 1 tsp skimmed milk powder (optional to increase protein by 1g)

Method

  1. Cook oats in milk
  2. Add ground almonds and skimmed milk powder
  3. Puree if using for stage 1
